A good experimental design for a metabolomics experiment is not as easy and straightforward as it may seem. Jos Hageman from WUR will explain the many factors to take into account before doing any measurement. On the other hand, the analysis of your experiment is also quite complex. In his presentation Johan Westerhuis will dive deep into the analysis of targeted metabolomics data, building on years of experience the group of Age Smilde has in this field.
