AmCham, Concordia International School Hanoi, and InterContinental Hanoi Westlake are working with The National Institute of Hematology - Blood Transfusion to organize the 2022 Blood Drive.

Venue: Grand Ballroom, InterContinental Hanoi Westlake, 5 Tu Hoa street, Tay Ho District, Hanoi.

Sign-up deadline: Friday, January 7@12:00 PM

Please note that showing your Government-issued photo ID is required to donate blood.


IMPORTANT

This blood drive is conducted with the highest standards for safety and cleanliness. There is no danger of contracting the illness from donating blood. A new, sterile collection set is used for each donor. During the heightened risk during the coronavirus outbreak, we will be strictly following the following procedures:

- Temperature screening will take place prior to entry of the area.
- Face masks will be provided to all registered donors and will be required to wear at all times during this activity.
- Hand sanitizer will be provided and encouraged.
- A very limited number of donors will be permitted entrance at one time.
- Collection stations will be spread out to ensure adequate distancing.
- You can donate blood after 7 days taking  Covid vaccine

If you are feeling sick, do not come to this activity or any other activities – stay at home. Also, if you or someone you know experiences symptoms of the virus – fever, cough and difficulty breathing — immediately call Vietnam’s health hotline: 19003228.
