WIFI Power Hour - Flooring 101: Manufacturing and Speaking the Language

Description: We will address the various manufacturing processes for both carpet and resilient flooring and how those processes add benefit to the final product for the end user’s satisfaction. We will also cover the key terms you need to internalize to be professional in talking to internal and external customers about flooring processes and products. And, we’ll be selecting the 100 most important words for you to know!

Lynne has spent a long career in the flooring industry, first as Communications Director of The Carpet and Rug Institute, followed by 10 yeas as Marketing Services Director at J&J Industries. She started Peer Resource Group in 1996 and has been a corporate trainer, an instructional designer writing over 75 courses and CEUs for the flooring industry, and in recent years has focused on courses about the aging population for her second company, Aging Collective.
