This is a 10 week program for any fitness level with a focus on a reset of mind and body. Our focus is to help participants set attainable goals with fitness, nutrition, and an overall improvement of mindset and functional living. No matter what your goals are (lose weight, gain weight, gain muscle, learn better self-control) this group has you covered! Certified Personal Trainer Gina Kurtz will be leading this program.
GROUP WORKOUT TIMES:
5:30am-6:30am Tuesdays, Thursdays, and alternating Fridays @ Granite Basketball Gym
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
Nutrition Guidance
Exercise Plan (resistance, cardio, flexibility)
Accountability
Weekly weigh-in every Tuesday & Thursday
Team atmosphere
Team Challenges within each session
Goal setting and goal achievement coaching (one-on-one mini goal sessions with coach throughout session)
IN-Body scans at beginning of each session and at the end of each session
Measurements (in inches) at the beginning and end of each session
Fitness testing at the beginning and end of each session (test is dependent on fitness level of each participant)

Session Three: Week of June 20th – Week of August 22nd
Session Four: Week of September 5th – Week of November 7th
PRICING INFORMATION:
Members: $225 per session
Non-Members: $275 per session
Payment Options:
Granite members can charge the fee to their Granite account or choose a Paypal Invoice. If you are charging to your account, you must have a valid credit card saved to your account.
Non-members will be sent a Paypal invoice.
Paypal invoices will be sent out shortly after registration. Invoices are due within 72 hours.
Paypal invoices will have a $2 fee added to them for Paypal's seller fees.
