GOLDEN WHEEL AWARDS
2022 Nomination To Club
The Rotary Golden Wheel Award recognizes outstanding non-Rotarians who best exemplify “Service Above Self” and the “Four-Way Test.” The Golden Wheel concept is inspired by the Rotary Wheel, which symbolizes passion, excellence and service.

Golden Wheel awards honor persons who make significant contributions to their communities through their time, actions, talents and dedication (outside any volunteer work done for their employer). Honorees are role models for service in making our communities and states better. 

Eligibility
Any community member of any age may be nominated apart from current Rotary club members.

Criteria
Persons being nominated for the Golden Wheel award will have consistently demonstrated qualities of service to either one organization or a variety of volunteer activities in one year. The charitable activities, events or services listed in the nomination cannot be part of the nominee’s job description or duties and the individual cannot receive any monetary or personal benefits from their involvement.

Complete the form below for each nominee and submit to the club Golden Wheel award committee no later than February 1, 2023.
