Rules & Restrictions: Certain restrictions shall apply to the Prize. Prize is subject to availability, blackout dates, and is valid for one 7-night cruise in a stateroom (Category E, Europe; Category C, Mekong), based on double occupancy, and up to $3,000 towards airfare for travel to and from the port(s) of embarkation/ disembarkation. Cruise is valid on select 2024 cruise itineraries (excluding Portugal, Africa, Egypt, Colombia, and the AmaMagna). Transfers, ground transportation, baggage fees, port charges, insurance, gratuities, purchases, and onboard incidentals are not included and are the sole responsibility of the passenger(s). Optional land programs, stateroom upgrades, transfers and flights may be purchased at an additional cost and will be subject to the AmaWaterways cancellation policy. Prize is not exchangeable against other cruises or travel. Prize is not combinable with any other promotions and/or discounts. Prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable. Travel must be booked within 60 days of embarkation. Prize must be used by 12/31/2024.
Seymour & Associates Travel, Simi Sunset Rotary Foundation, and Rotary Club of Simi Sunset, their representatives, predecessors, successors, assigns, heirs, agents, attorneys, parent, subsidiary, insurers, related and affiliated entities and their respective officers, directors employees and agents shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses injuries, demands, damages, actions, and /or causes of actions which arise out of and/or in any way relate to the Prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the Prize and/or the Promotion.
