The Return to School Guidance Plan that you have reviewed is a draft. We will review the input from this survey as we collaborate as a school team to modify this guidance. We realize that no plan will be agreed upon completely by all stakeholders. This pandemic has caused a lot of conflict and divide among many people. We hope that you all understand that we are navigating through situations that we had never planned for in education. While this plan is a draft, please understand that if Illinois State Board of Education, Illinois Department of Public Health, CDC, or the Illinois Government mandates changes to guidance, this guidance may change. Thank you for your understanding.

The current guidance provides some flexibility and local control for school districts. What would your vote be on masks? *

Yes, all individuals should wear masks.

No, it should be a choice to wear masks.

Depends on if that individual is vaccinated or not.

Outlook for school year 2021-2022, I want my student to... *

Be in-person learning and experience school as it was prior to COVID (no mitigations)

Be in--person learning, but with layered mitigations (possible masks, physical distance, etc)

Be remote learning (at this time there is not an option for that as the State Board has issued that proclamation)
