The purpose of this survey serves to increase understanding of the challenges driving the mismatch between the need for and the allocation of public funds for water infrastructure in New Jersey. Our intention is to recommend improvements with our findings to facilitate delivering public funds for water infrastructure through our Funding Navigator Program to provide technical assistance and catalyze the region’s access to more water infrastructure funds.
