COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to the nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, the PGP team puts the wellbeing of both sponsors and attendees first. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that the conference will happen on the proposed date as we will be following the Ontario health guidelines and make changes to the dates in compliance with the guideline to ensure the safety of everyone. Unfortunately, due to the unforeseen circumstances of the COVID-19 Pandemic, PGP reserves the right to cancel/postpone the event to meet government safety requirements.

Thank you for your interest and consideration for sponsoring our 2nd Canadian Planner Conference on September 30th and October 1 2022 in the City of Toronto Ontario Canada. The Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel will be the new home to our 2 day conference and it is located in the HEART of Toronto (downtown). We are excited to organize and share our passion with the community and other like minded people.  

The event will start on Friday September 30th 2022, at 7pm with workshops and shopping in our Planner Alley (with over 20 fabulous vendors) and ending the night with a sponsored planner social jam filled with snacks, giveaway, take away items and marketing opportunities. The next day, Saturday October 1st 2022, we invite all the attendees for a delicious healthy Breakfast while shopping with our planner Alley. Then we will start the conference with speakers, door prizes and fairy drops (Fairy drops are a surprise giveaway where our volunteers run out with gifts generously donated by our sponsors). Then we invite all attendees for a delicious lunch and more shopping in the Planner alley. In the afternoon, the attendees are invited back to their seat for another round of speaker, door prizes, and fair drops and swag. We will end the conference with meet and greet, social networking, planning and shopping.

This year we are anticipating 210 attendees to join us for two days of fun, positivity, self love, creativity and shopping.

For the theme of our second conference, we decided to focus on mental health and self care. Even though Canada has a smaller planner community in comparison to the USA, we are all here to help one another and it starts with you and us. We truly believe that one’s mental health is a priority; your happiness is an essential, your self-care is a necessity.  Due to the pandemic affecting the world for almost two years, we are excited to be able to meet in person safely once again! We hope that we can count on you to help make our conference a memorable one for 2022 and hope for many more to come!
