香港女童軍總會致力為女孩子提供不同的興趣訓練和活動，培育她們成為有責任感的世界公民。總會每年度均會向各隊伍郵寄該年度的年報分享各位的成果。為響應環保，本會已參與環保署「活動減廢承諾」，積極考慮新増以電郵方式發送年報電子檔至各隊伍，減少使用紙張，誠意鼓勵隊伍支持減廢行動。

為統計隊伍對年報發送方式的意向，現邀請所有女童軍隊伍填寫網上表格，本會將按隊伍所選擇的接收方式而作出有關安排。

The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association (HKGGA) aims to enable girls to develop their fullest potential as responsible citizens of the world by providing quality educational training and programmes. Annual report is sent to all units each year to share our achievements. To support environmental protection, we have joined “Green Event Pledge” launched by the Environmental Protection Department. We aim to reduce paper consumption by sharing the electronic format of the annual report through email.

In order to prepare for next year arrangement, we are now collecting your opinions on the method of receiving the Annual Report.
