All Inc trampolining hardship support form
All Inc is a charity running coached trampolining for participants with additional needs.
We have a grant that will allow us to provide six months of reduced cost or free trampolining sessions for participants experiencing hardship, particularly those who would not be able to come without financial support.

No identifying data will be visible to the trustees when allocating the funds, only answers to the final two questions.
The form will be open during June and July 2022, with the hardship fund running from September 2022 - February 2023.

Explain why the participant or their household should be considered for the hardship fund, which is aimed at those who would not be able to experience regular coached trampolining without financial support. Please keep this information anonymous as if there are more applicants than the grant covers, this information will be used by the trustees to identify the highest priority recipients. We wish to avoid any possible biases. *
