The purpose of this form is for you and us to gauge whether you are a fit to our programme, and to help you to decide if you want to apply to come to a facilitator training. Places on each training are limited to 16 participants. Priority for attendance will be given to those who we imagine to be a "best-fit" to the work and the team based on your experience and response to how we work. Placement in schools is subject to availability and school scheduling.

Please read our organisational foundations document. These are the foundations on which our work stands and it is important to us that new trainee facilitators commit to working with us from this standpoint. This is a new and unique way of working to which there will be challenges. We welcome these and want to know what they may be so we can grow together with the challenges.
