Each week during Edvisory students have a choice to watch a movie as one of the enrichment activities. Below is a list of PG rated movies that may be shown.  Please fill out the form to give permission to your student to watch the following movies. Your student will not be able to watch the movie unless you sign this form. List any movies you have concerns with or do not want your student to watch.
