2024 LCCTF Practice & Meet Absence Request Form
Please read through all the rules in the 2022 TRACK & FIELD RULES, ATTENDANCE and BEHAVIOR POLICY located at www.lcc-athletics.com/trackandfield carefully to understand what constitutes an approved vs. unapproved absence. Submit an individual absence request form for each day you expect to be absent from a scheduled practice, league meet or invitational meet. 3 unexcused absences will result in losing your spot on the team.
