This from is used to notify the SkillsUSA Louisiana State office that your school has more competitors that would like to compete beyond the schools given amount, normally 3 - 4. Using this form does not guarantee a spot for the contestant, but given extra space will be allowed to register. This is a first come basis.
Additional forms should be summited for each contest.
After registration if closed you will be notified if extra space is available and the student(s) can register. Student registration must be completed within a week after close of registration.
