Welcome to the Moyer Institute of Dance, a family-run business built by 3 generations of women. 
From the beginner dancing for fun, to the serious pre-professional student, we have something for everyone!

Dress Code
Ballet, Tap, and Jazz Attire can be purchased right inside the studio at Kitty's DanceWear Boutique! 

Pre-Ballet & Tap
- Girls: Leotard, tights, ballet slippers, tap shoes, hair pulled back in a bun or ponytail
- Boys: White t-shirt, black shorts, white or black socks, white or black ballet slippers, and tap shoes

Ballet Classes:
- Girls: Solid color ballet leotard, ballet tights in ballet pink, white, or black (no nude tights or nylons/panty hose), Prima Soft ballet slippers only. Hair must be out of dancers faces and tightly secured in a bun. If your hair is too short for a bun or pony tail, please secure it off the face with a headband and/or clips.
- Boys: Solid color T-shirt or tank top, Athletic shorts (must be above or right at the knee). Boys in Intermediate Ballet and above: Tights of any color & a dance belt are required. Black or white socks, black or white leather ballet slippers.

Hip Hop:
- CLEAN sneakers (not worn outside), athletic attire, and hair pulled back out of face

Tap:
- Comfortable attire & black tap shoes

Contemporary/Lyrical:
- Girls: Leotard & Leggings or athletic pants, socks or bare feet
- Boys: T shirt & shorts or athletic pants, socks or bare feet
