Paul tells something that Jesus shared before his death.  He said that it was urgent that they "remember the words of the Lord Jesus."  Jesus said, "It is more blessed to ________ than to ________." (NASB)
Throughout the gospels you see Jesus training the future leaders of the church.  The context of Matthew 20:20-28 is the expectation Jesus had for those who would lead the people of God.
