Families that would like to switch learning models for Quarter 2 should complete the following form to record their updated learning model choice no later than September 18th. Changes in student learning model will be effective October 13th, which is the first day of Quarter 2.

If you have multiple students at Winter Park High School, this form must be completed for each student individually.
