POST-CALL DEPARTURE SURVEY (PART II)
Over the past few months, we have implemented a Quality Improvement intervention focused on improving adherence to PARO Post-Call Departure regulations. These include:
-Ensuring that all residents are unassigned post-call
-Increasing awareness among staff at monthly staff meetings
-Increasing awareness among chief residents at monthly meetings
We are conducting another series of surveys to measure the change in post-call departure times among Orthopaedic Surgery residents. Please complete this survey every week, inputting data from the previous week's call shifts.
By participating in this survey you agree to share your anonymized information to help identify and improve issues with returning home post-call. None of the information you share will be affiliated with your identity. We will take all necessary measures to de-identify and securely store your data. None of your responses will be available to faculty or other residents.
