Thank you for wanting to be part of the Turf Games team for the London Summer Festival taking place on 8th & 9th July 2023. If you can fill in the below information we will be able to allocate roles and ensure everyone has a great weekend.
The London Summer Festival will take place at Ealing Trailfinders, W13 and will be on:
- Saturday (July 8th) - arrive by 7.15am until 5.45pm
- Sunday (July 9th) - arrive by 7.20am until 5.30pm
On Saturday and Sunday there will be breaks throughout the days every 90 minutes of between 20 mins and 40 min for judges. All judges will be supported throughout the day by a Master Judge and a Judge Liaison to assist with any queries or issues that may arise. Crew will be on a rotation system so will also receive regular breaks. There will be parking at the venue for our team.
Everyone who joins the team over the weekend will receive:
- Gymshark x Turf Games tee
- Gymhark shorts or leggings
- Drinks, lunch, snacks and food all weekend you are working from our partners
