Purchase an Epicure Weekend Collection & directly support the athletes selected to compete at the 2024 BC Winter Games in Quesnel.

What it is & How it Works

$10 from the sale of each $25 Epicure Weekend Collection box will be distributed evenly among the athletes selected to the 2024 BC Winter Games in Quesnel.

For example, for every 50 boxes sold, each athlete's fee will be reduced by $10. 100 boxes, $20. 500 boxes, $100. etc. (The fee in 2023 is $225, so to eliminate the fee entirely would mean you helped to sell over 1125 boxes!!)

Orders can be placed with your Championship registration or through this form (and corresponding eTransfer).

Your purchase can then be picked up at the event. Or if you are unable to attend the Championship event, you could ask someone who is attending to pick it up for you.

Order deadlines:

March 15, to be distributed at the BC Indoors in Quesnel April 7-9
May 24, to be distributed at the BC 3Ds in Kamloops, June 16-18
August 9, to be distributed at the BC Outdoors in Oliver, September 1-3

Send your payment via eTransfer to accounting@bcarchery.ca, at $25 per box ordered.

Include your name and "epicure" in the memo box. Use BCWG2024 as the password.

Orders received without payment within 24hrs will be discarded.

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
