This form is to confirm an intent to enroll in an MCCSC preschool program.

Please review the following changes to our preschool extended day program carefully. These decisions and changes were made with the health and safety of all of our students and staff in mind.

- Extended Day will be offered at ALL preschool locations.

- Morning programming will be available from 7:00 a.m. until the start of the school day, Monday through Friday, at a rate of $5 per day per child, billed the month prior to service.
 
-Afternoon programming will be available from the end of the school day until 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at a rate of $6 per day per child, billed the month prior to service.
 
For the purpose of planning and student safety, daily rates and drop-in care will not be available. Billing will be based on the number of student days in each month. If you have further questions about the new billing process, please email earlylearning@mccsc.edu.
 
Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee placement. Completion of enrollment will be confirmed by the Office of Early Learning via email.

If you are enrolling multiple children, please submit one form per child.
