TechExeter + Stephens Scown are running an innovative session exclusively for TechExeter and Digital Exeter members aimed to help businesses deal with a key issue which they often leave until too late: Trade Mark Registration.

During this session we will walk you through the trade mark application process and you will have the opportunity to file your own application.

Many businesses do not realise the need to register their core business names, product lines and brand names as trade marks until it is too late. Not all marks are registerable so, before signing up, our expert team will be in touch to make sure you are eligible.

There is a one off cost of £200 plus VAT for this session (over 50% off the normal cost!). Official filing fees will also need to be paid (£170 for the first class, £50 for each additional class); there is no VAT on official fees. Following the application, Stephens Scown will be appointed as your agent on the register and will keep you updated on the progress of your application
