Registration Cancellation Form 

*If registration is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the seminar (with notice given directly to Bahan Consulting team member or cancellation form submitted ), the registrant will receive a refund minus a 15% transaction fee.

If registration is cancelled less than 72 hours before the seminar, or person does not attend without prior notice, a 35% fee will be deducted from the registration cost. If, in the unfortunate and unavoidable circumstance, Bahan Consulting must cancel an event, the registrant will receive a full refund within two weeks.*

Cancellation refunds will be processed as soon as possible, in the order they are received. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment only. Please allow 24 business hours for all cancellations to be processed and at least 5 business days for refunds to reflect in your account.
