Membership Hold / Cancellation

Please fill out the form below to place your membership on hold or to cancel your membership. Having trouble paying your membership in one big chunk monthly? Ask us about our weekly membership that breaks it up into 4 separate payments. 

For Monthly Autodrafts:
  • As per terms and conditions when signing up for autodraft, requests must be at least 3 days before the 5th of next month (by the 1st) aka next billing cycle to allow time to be processed. 

For Weekly Autodrafts (3/12/24):  
  • Requests must be at least 2 weeks before the desired hold / cancellation date to allow time to be processed. Any membership hold requests without an end date will automatically be assigned 12 weeks from the date of starting hold request. Weekly charges will resume after the 12 weeks. 
  • May Freeze Membership (Up to 3 Months at a time, twice a year non-consecutively with at least one month in between). Freeze dues are $2.50 / week ($10/month for monthly members). Student members may freeze during Summer Breaks between May 5th-Aug 4th with no freeze dues applied to students. Starting Aug 5th, the hold fee will be $2.50 per week ($10/month for monthly members). Membership hold requests must be longer than 4 weeks.
  • May Cancel Membership At Any Time. Per terms and conditions when membership was signed up, for autodraft, cancellation fee of $50 within 90 days of membership initiation (effective for members initiated on/after 09/05/23). Any such requests made verbally will not be deemed as valid requests.
