November is National Alzheimer’s Disease Awareness Month and National Family Caregivers Month.  The Alzheimer’s Association CT chapter has traditionally held Appreciation Luncheons to recognize individuals demonstrating “Excellence in Caregiving.” This year, with the health and safety of our constituents, volunteers, and staff in mind, we will be honoring and celebrating these individuals from a virtual platform

You are invited to nominate two caregivers.  Nominees can be professionals or family members who demonstrate unselfish devotion to the complex and courageous task of caring for those with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia. We are accepting a maximum of two nominations per family/facility/agency.
