The facilitator training is 4 hours total, on Zoom, June 14, 2022 from 12-4 ET (9-1 CT).
The focus of the first half of the session is getting familiar with the program, the design of the Invitations, and the FieldScope platform.The focus of the second half of the session is on digging deeper into one Invitation and then planning to facilitate additional sessions with 10 educators. We will take 1-2 longer breaks during our four hours to stretch our legs and have a lunch.

Each facilitator that attends the sessions and reaches at least five additional educators will be paid a $400 honorarium ($150 after the four-hour training and $250 after another group of educators is trained). There are only 15 spots available.

What you are committing to:
1. Attend Facilitator training of 4 hours total.
2. Complete a post-training short survey to provide feedback on your experience. This will allow us to revise the sessions and improve upon them for future facilitators.
3. Implement a session with at least 5-10 other educators.
4. Provide us a summary of your feedback after you implement a PD - this will let us improve resources for future sessions.
