This survey is intended to be a positive and helpful experience, approached and handled with support and honesty. It is assumed that the matters discussed in the process of this review will serve to enhance our Leaders' effectiveness.  

This review is done every three years.  As a member of the Ethical Society, your thoughts are important in assisting our Leader to remain motivated, creative and flexible.  With care and thoughtfulness, please be honest in completing this document.  Only then will our Leaders know their strengths and areas for growth.

Once these comments are collated, the report and a written response from the Leader will be available to all Ethical Society members.

Surveys take time, a valuable commodity in our busy lives.  Please take 10 to 15 minutes to complete this crucial document adding helpful comments wherever possible.
