Please complete this form if you would like to apply for your son/daughter to receive instrument tuition at Ashlyns. Please consider carefully whether you want tuition to commence as soon as your child joins Ashlyns; you can make an application for it at any point whilst your child is at the school.
Please note that lessons will only take place in school if the school is fully operational; in the event that it is not, lessons will take place online through Herts Music School.
Each student is responsible for checking the Music Department Noticeboard each week to establish the time of their lesson. They will not be reminded when it is time to leave their subject lesson in order to go to their tuition.
STUDENTS WHO WISH TO DISCONTINUE LESSONS MUST GIVE A FULL HALF TERM'S NOTICE IN WRITING, WHICH SHOULD BE GIVEN AT THE END OF A TERM OR HALF TERM, RATHER THAN PART WAY THROUGH.
NOTICE MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO MRS MARVAL AT THE SCHOOL OFFICE OR BY EMAIL TO
MUSICTUITION@ASHLYNS.HERTS.SCH.UK. NOTICE CANNOT BE GIVEN TO THE MUSIC TEACHER.
