Dear Fifth Grade Families,
We are so very excited to have an opportunity to celebrate a great year at BES with you in attendance.  Please fill out this Google Form to sign-up for the celebration.  Thank you so much.
 
To ensure safety during the Moving-On Ceremony, the following Covid-19 protocols will be in place.
1)  There is a maximum of participants allowed at the celebration, so only 2 adults per student will be able to attend.
2)  No other children are to attend the event.  This allows us an opportunity to offer 2 adults to attend. We appreciate your understanding.
3)  Masks are to be worn, above the nose and mouth, during the entire event.
4)  You may stay near your family and/or student, but we will maintain social distancing between other students and families.
5)  The event will be held outdoors, but if severe weather happens, we will move into our school's cafeteria.  If we need to move the event into the cafeteria, it will be necessary to fill out a visitor medical screening.  We will have the QR code for your use on that day.
6)  If you have any Covid-19 symptoms, stay home.  We are so excited to have this celebration, but again, we want everyone to have fun and stay healthy.
7)  Please have photo ID upon your arrival.  We will have a name tag ready for you.
