A Discussion Group for All Parishoners and Friends
Four Mondays, 7-8:30pm Jan 25-Feb 22 (off on 2/15)

Confronting racism is difficult yet essential work to heal the brokenness in our society and our church.

This 4 session discussion, hosted by OLA’s Saturday Morning Men’s Group, will examine the presence of racism in this country from its early history through the civil rights movement to today, and will also explore how Catholic social teaching has been used, or not used, to combat racism and promote reconciliation and justice.

The discussion group will be facilitated by Ashley Morris, Associate Director of the Office of Intercultural Ministries in the Archdiocese of Atlanta.

After you fill out this registration, we will contact you to go over details and to give you instructions for ordering books.
