Service Group Fundraising Registration 2024: Edmonds Chamber of Commerce

WELCOME! Please read the following information carefully before registering. 

The Edmonds Chamber of Commerce is excited to once again partner with our local school groups, clubs and teams to help you raise funds and help us keep our events fun, smooth and safe experiences for the community. 
  • A lead contact from every volunteer group wishing to fundraise MUST register here first, before anyone signs up. If a group is not registered they will not get paid, even if the volunteers show up for their shift.
  • Each individual volunteer must sign up (on the event shift sign-up link, which is sent after a group registers) so we have everyone's contact information and so we know each person reads what is involved.
  • Volunteers must be at least 15 years old. If they are 15, they'll each need an adult volunteer to join as well. This will be noted on the event sign-up form.
  • Some events require a certain number of adult volunteers per group for safety and supervision, regardless of age of student volunteers.
  • The shifts are open until filled, on a first-come basis. We do not reserve any shifts for a group. If there are vacant shifts 4 weeks from the start of the event, the sign-up sheet opens up to the general public.
  • Volunteers earn $15 per hour towards their school, group, team, etc.
  • There is no commitment on the number of volunteers from any one group. A group gets paid for the number of completed shifts. The event shifts are open to any fundraising group that wants to participate. 
To complete this form you'll need:
  • Contact information for group lead as well as on-site leader (if different)
  • Who the check should be made out to
  • Address & "attn: to" where check should be mailed
Please Note: upon successful submission of this form, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, your form did not go through. Check your junk/spam folders!

Once your application has been received, Alicia will send the links for volunteers to start claiming their shifts.
