Summer Holiday Club: Football in the Community
29th July - 31st August (Trip days to be confirmed on the 10th August and 24th August.)

Starting in August, we will be doing Swimming lessons for half an hour over at Swim! free of charge for Holiday club participants, every Friday

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We are now taking online payments and are encouraging everyone to pay in advance to confirm your place on our holiday course. Once booked on this form, a member of staff will send you an invoice via the email provided (Make sure it's correct!)
Registration forms can be downloaded from this form or filled in on the day. ALL participants need a new registration form for the new season. We also have a new Terms & Conditions which includes a new 3 strike system for late pick ups and behaviour.

£16 per day per participant | Pay for 4 days and get a 5th day free (Trips not included) | 8:30am - 4:00pm.

You will get a confirmation email through the Google automated system (check your junk folder!) and an invoice will be sent to you ASAP. Please do not worry if you haven't received an invoice yet, it will be on it's way
