If you are interested in signing up to be a Vendor, please fill out the information below!  Once the form is received, our OHF events team will be touch with payment information, etc.

*$100 vendor fee includes spotlight on all OHF Social Media
($100 must be paid within 1 week of filling out form, to secure spot)

*This will be an OUTDOOR event
