Fox River's Edge Theater - Venue Rental Application
Our space is approximately 600 square feet lobby and an 800 square foot intimate theater space and can seat approximately 50 people with tables and chairs or 75 without tables.  Rates depend on the type of event and rental packages but are typically $150 an hour.  We require a deposit of 1/2 of the total fee on the day of booking/when the contract is signed.  The balance of the rental fee is due at least 10 days prior to the event.  The deposit is non-refundable and any rental fees paid less than 30 days in advance are not refundable.  FRET is now attached to our newly rebranded FRET Wine Bar, so options are available for Mocktails (Premium Non-Alcoholic Cocktails and Award Winning Wines).   

Please complete this application with as many details as possible and email it to booking@foxriversedge.com at least 30 days prior to your event date.  If it is less than 30 days, please feel free to submit and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Vendor Policy Acknowledgment
All individuals present on the premises of Fox River's Edge Theater, including guests and vendors, are required to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards employees, other vendors, clients, and guests. Fox River's Edge reserves the right to ask anyone who violates this policy to leave the premises, and if necessary, may involve authorities to take appropriate action. Any costs incurred as a result of such incidents will be the responsibility of individuals and companies involved. Submissions of this application are subject to approval prior to providing services on-site. Fox River's Edge Theater will provide written confirmation of approval or denial. If you do not receive approval within 30 days of the booked event, you will contact Fox River's Edge Theater for clarification and further instruction. Thank you!
