Please Read
Use this form to request events for on and off the Cabrillo campus, or equipment for on campus events.  The form must be submitted 1 calendar week prior to the event in order for the event to be approved.  Only chartered clubs may request events/equipment.  Event request approval is based on space/equipment availability and is not guaranteed.
Club Advisors must be present for the entire event, so please discuss any and all events with your advisor in an official club meeting prior to your request.

 https://astra.cabrillo.edu/AstraProd/Portal/GuestPortal.aspx)  If you select "Other," space approval is subject to the division office that oversees the desired area.

Additionally, all off-campus events require a completed Cabrillo Field Trip/Excursion Request form (http://www.cabrillo.edu/~jcarothers/extras/cabrillowaiver.pdf) be submitted to the Dean of Student Services' Office in SAC East 1 calendar week prior to the event.

The requesting party is required to pick-up and return all requested equipment.  All equipment must be returned in the condition it was received in.  Any damage to requested equipment due to improper use and/or negligence will result in the club account being charged to replace the damaged equipment.

Please Read - Sheriff Notification
If your event takes place outside the hours of 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday or on the weekend, you must notify the Cabrillo Sheriff's Office of your event.  The Sheriff's Office is located in Building 1185 between the football stadium and Delta High School.

Please Read - Food Sale Notification
The Cafeteria's Food Service must approve this request if the food sale event is scheduled to take place during their operational hours. This restriction only applies at the Aptos campus.  Requests are approved on a first-come-first-served basis.  Availability varies.
