In order to secure your spot for our trip, you need to:

This means that once you PAY for the trip, you have secured your spot. Completing the registration form ONLY means that you give us the necessary information for the trip, and not reserving your spot.
✦ CANCELLATION POLICY ✦
You will be able to cancel your participation to the Galactic BBQ Trip until 24th of March (full refund). You will also be able to resell the ticket until 29th of March (name of the new holder is required).
Any cancellations or changes after the deadlines will not be refunded.
