Please complete this form to begin the library book curbside pick up option.

Once contacted, books can be picked up Monday-Friday between 8:00 am- 3:30 pm in the front lobby of the school.

Books will be in a plastic bag labeled with the student's name.

Books will be left for one week for pick up and then will be returned to the library.

There is a locked return box to return the books. Books will be quarantined for 4 days.

Books should be returned before picking up additional requests.

If you would like to put books on hold on Destiny for your student, please fill out the form and Mrs. Hopkins will send you the log in information for your student.
