WVA Chromebook - WiFi - Meal Questionnaire
All Westerville Schools will be distributing Chromebooks and Wi-Fi Hot Spots to Westerville Virtual Academy (WVA) students requesting these devices starting the week of August 17, 2020.  An informational email will be sent to all families from their home school regarding pick up procedures.  Please check your email for information on dates, locations, and times for you to pick up these devices.

Please complete this survey below for your computer and wi-fi needs so each school is prepared for the amount of items requested from their school.

IMPORTANT FROM FOOD SERVICES.  If you have requested your student to receive breakfast and lunch from the district, you MUST complete the "Opt-In" form located on the Westerville City Schools Web Site.  The link is also here.
