Terms and Conditions:1) The duration of the intended program will be 60 days with 40 days of residential and 20 days of market / field survey.2) Please attach copies of Aadhar Card and passport size photograph along with the filled application form.3) Applicant should not be enrolled with any parallel running Govt startup funding programs.4) A self declaration form is required from the incubatee during the selection process, which will be taken into consideration against any other grant-in-aid funding received by the incubatee for the same activity/product from other ministries of GOI.5) Those who have already registered once with any of the R-ABIs in similar capacity are not eligible to apply.6) AFBIC will execute a legal agreement with the incubatee who is selected for the seed support and this agreement will be signed before the release of the first installment of seed fund to the incubate. Subsequent disbursement of the seed fund will be linked to the achievement of milestones by the incubatee.7) The applicant incubatee will be provided funds as per their genuine requirements and as per appraisal/evaluation of their business plans by the RC and the decision of the RC in this regard will be final and binding. The RC will not be bound to give any reason in case an application for seed grant is rejected. In case, the incubatee is already receiving grant/financial support from any other source, he is liable to disclose the same and the issue of grant under RKVY-RAFTAAR will be decided on a case to case basis by RC based on recommendation of the RIC.8) AFBIC in turn will also institute awards for the best incubatee and a cash prize, a trophy and a certificate will be awarded every year till the end of the project.9) All grants-in-aid will be disbursed in phase wise manner. Subsequent grants-in-aids will be disbursed only after due diligence of the previous grant(s) which have been utilized judiciously. *
