30-Day Cancellation Notice - This option should be used if you are taking a planned break or withdrawing from your class(es) indefinitely.

Your cancellation will be effective 30 days after submitting this notice, or later if selected below. We will contact you within 2 business days to confirm your cancellation and the date of your last class.

Please note that you must be actively enrolled in our program to use make-up classes. You cannot use make-up classes after your cancellation date. Make-up classes are issued as a courtesy and may not be redeemed for a credit or refund, or transferred to another student.

Please note that upon receiving your cancellation notice, students may be scheduled in advance to fill your spot after your last class. We cannot guaranty your spot will be available if revoke your cancellation and continue lessons. If you decide you do not want cancel, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid losing your spot.

Temporary Account Hold Request - This option should be used if you are unexpectedly unable to attend lessons for at least 2 weeks due to unforeseen circumstances, such as an injury, illness, or family emergency. This should not be used for planned absences such as extended vacations.

We will put a credit on your BSS account for any upcoming classes you have already paid for. The credit will automatically be applied to your tuition when you return. The credit may not be redeemed for a refund if you do not re-enroll in lessons.

Please note, the affected student(s) will be dropped from their classes immediately. We cannot guaranty the same classes will be available when they return. To keep your spot, you must stay enrolled and use the normal absence/make-up process for any missed classes.
