Intent to Return/Pre-Registration Info
Dear Parents/Guardians:
Use this form to declare your student's "Intent to Return" to Santa Fe Indian School for school year 2022-2023.

Registration is completely online, you will be sent a link to the registration when the window opens.

Please be aware that an annual "Annual Physical Exam & Clearance for Physical Activity Form" is required for each enrolled student at SFIS. Must be completed and signed by a healthcare professional. Other Physical Exam/Clearance forms maybe submitted -- as long as form includes "Eligible/Clearance for physical activity"
