Is The Force strong in you? Grab your light saber and tell your Wookiee friends about our first May the 4th, Star Wars Day celebration. Activities include a costume parade, food trucks, performances, live music from the movie score, photo booth and Star Wars themed printmaking. This event is free and open to the public.
 
Dark side or rebel scum, all forces will unite for a night of fandom fun!  

Disclaimer:
Members of the community are invited to submit parade entries displaying their love for a galaxy far, far, away (costumed characters and performances.) However, this is pedestrian parade, meaning no vehicular entries - folks on foot or bicycle only.

While the parade applauds all forms of free expression, it is not a political rally or a commercial opportunity. The focus here is family-friendly, Star Wars fun; all entries should be PG rated and exhibit creativity, ingenuity, humor and the spirit of the theme. No entries will be permitted that are solely commercial/marketing presentations.
