Dear Valued Community Members,
Union County Little League is excited to announce the start of our 2025 Season! Last spring, we had the amazing opportunity to influence the lives of over 300 local youth across Union County. Union County Little League provides youth baseball and softball programs to give local youth a fun way to develop friendships, learn life lessons, inspire them to have goals and enrich their lives with the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play, while helping build a stronger and inclusive community.
The Union County Little League is composed of local youth from Cove, Elgin, Imbler, and Union. The divisions that are offered include T-Ball & Coach Pitch, as well as baseball and softball in Minors, Majors, and Juniors. The regular season runs from April to June. After the regular season, players are encouraged to try out for the All-Star team where they will attend a District Tournament for a chance to go to State. With the help of our community members like you, UCLL was able to send three teams to post season All-Star tournaments last year.
Our league is based on the culture of volunteerism. Our coaches, board members and umpires are all volunteers. These volunteers dedicate their time and energy to the roughly 300 kids yearly, so they can create lifelong memories. With the start of the new season, we would like to request your support by either sponsoring a team or donating to the league. These contributions help cover expenses such as uniforms, equipment, repairs, insurance, and scholarships to children who would not otherwise be able to afford to play.
By becoming a team sponsor, your company will be displayed on the team jerseys and sweatshirts. Most players enjoy wearing their jerseys and sweatshirts to schools, and in and around the community. When teams travel to other towns and fields in surrounding counties your company will gain exposure. Sponsors will receive recognition with direct website links shared through the Union County Little League website, along with sponsor spotlights on the Facebook page.
Please understand that with so many amazing supporters in our community, not every sponsor will have a team every year. Do not be discouraged, your support will not go unnoticed, we value your support and will show our appreciation. If you do not wish to sponsor a team, we are seeking donations for continued renovations of the Union County Little League fields, to ensure the playing fields are safe.
None of this would have been possible without your involvement. We cannot express how grateful we are for your support. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call Kristin Farley 208-739-5760 or Crystal Sealey 541-605- 8177. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Please respond by March 1st, 2025.
