This is an application to join the next small REFRESH group. This group is for women only who are still drinking occasionally or not so occasionally. If you are willing to try something different, to show up and be seen (no hiding in this small group), to challenge yourself in a good way, please continue!

IMPORTANT: Completion of this application does not obligate you to participate in REFRESH, nor does it secure you a spot. You will be contacted as the new group begins to form with further information. The cost for 10 weeks of support is $199.00
