This meeting will be both in-person and on Zoom. As quarterly meeting approaches, you will receive instructions by email for signing on to the Zoom sessions.
MAKING YOUR FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION
We invite all to attend irrespective of financial means and request that attendees pay as much of the estimated cost as they can afford. We encourage you to check with your monthly meeting to see if your monthly meeting can contribute toward the estimated costs. We especially welcome contributions greater than this amount to help offset any shortfalls and the lower than actual cost for youth meals.
Zoom-only Participants
For Zoom-only participants, the suggested contribution is $25.
Estimated Cost per person to CPQM for Lodging and Facility use
Adults age 16+ $140 per person
Youth 5-15 years old $70 per person
Facility charges: Camping $35 per person per night. Staying off site at night and attending during daytime $15 per person per day
Cost per person per meal
Adults 16+ $14.50
Youth age 5-15 $7.25
[Note: Thus an adult paying the actual facility cost of $140 plus the actual cost of $87 for 6 meals at $14.50 would pay a total of $227 for the week-end. The facility cost for a camper would be $70 for the week-end plus $87 for all 6 meals or a total of $157 per person.]
