CRAFT VENDORS
*Please reply with your booth name and an inventory of what products you would be selling.
10'x10' spot $200
20’x20’ spot $420
Electricity is NOT included.
Include two (2) weekend camping passes and parking for one (1) vehicle at your booth spot. *A camper no larger than 20’ MAY count as your ONE (1) vehicle. All other camping/parking will be separate.

FOOD VENDORS
*All food vendors must submit a menu prior to being accepted.
20'x20' spot $600 w/ 20 meal tickets given upon arrival to staff.
$1000 without meal ticket donation.

Vending load in hours are Wednesday 12 noon - Thursday 9 AM. Tents and food trucks should be placed and ready for patrons when gates open.
Vendors will be mapped and placed prior to the event. This is not a first come first serve placement. There will be a 50% deposit due within 30 days prior to the event, with the total balance due on arrival, no exceptions. Vendor spots are limited. All applicants will be reviewed. Due to limited vendor space, we reserve the right to refuse. We hope to present a vast assortment of goods and products to appeal to all involved!
Vendors that do not pre-register/apply will be charged an additional fee at the gate and may not be placed on main concert field.
