Please mark these dates in your calendar!  November 9th- FULL COSTUME PAYMENT IS DUE. COST: $80.00 (Includes tights or socks [if needed] and a participation medal. Students in multiple classes will only receive one participation medal.) Must be paid by 11/9 for staff to order a costume for your dancer. NO COSTUME REFUNDS GIVEN AFTER 12/1.

RECITAL TICKETS FOR THEATER PERFORMANCE- Tickets will be sold online. Ticket price: $18.00+tax (There is a small convenience fee for this service.)

April 1st- All tuition balances must be paid in full. Dancers will not be permitted to perform on stage until balance is current by this date.

I understand that costume PAYMENTS are non-refundable AFTER December 1st. I understand that any sizing issues with the costumes will be done at my expense. My child will be measured by the studio staff unless I notify the front office. If I would like to make a request regarding size, I must do so at time I am making costume payments. Otherwise, the studio will order sizes based on measurements and individual costume company’s sizing chart. I understand that a costume will not be ordered for my dancer if payment and this slip is not handed in by November 9th, I understand that my dancer will not be allowed to perform on stage until my account is paid in full. Final payments for the year including tuition and any other balances should be paid by April 1st. The total cost for each costume (including tights or socks [if needed] and a participation medal) is $80.00. **We Will Not Order Your Dancer’s Costume(s) If Permission Slip & Costume Fee(s) Are Not Received by November 9th** .

I understand that Tiny Tutus cannot guarantee that classes will remain in person if restrictions are put in place. I understand that there will be no refunds for costumes if you decide to not continue with virtual classes. Covid restrictions at the time of the scheduled recital will determine where/when/how the recital will be held. If allowed by government restrictions, the recital will be held on May 15, 2021 at the Burlington County Institute of Technology Westampton Campus. Alternative plans will be dependent on restrictions but will include: outside performances, videotaped performance with no audience on stage, small in class performance or videotaped in class or virtual at home. I understand that NO refunds of costumes/shoes/accessories will be made once the costumes are ordered regardless of what type of recital is held. Tiny Tutus is not responsible if government restrictions will not allow for in person recitals at the time of the scheduled recitals and knowingly am purchasing recital costumes regardless.
