For the past year the NSMBA has been undergoing the process of creating it's first ever Strategic Plan. It has been presented and discussed at the 2020 AGM, membership newsletters, available on our website, discussed at the 2021 Town Hall meeting and we are engaging again for our final round of input before we work towards the final version which we plan to release in December.
This plan will lead the organization for the next 3-5 years and the final plan will inlude further explanations and reasoning for each objective and goals. We are looking for big picture feedback on thes trategy as well as any actionas or ideas you feel we could take to achieve this plan.
