CCHS has made the switch to paperless report cards.  The PowerSchool Parent Portal,  
https://cabarrus.powerschool.com/public/home.html,  provides all of the information of a
report card, progress report, and more!
         
         *  Parents have 24/7 access.
         *  Teachers update weekly.
         *  Parents can see assignments, grades, and attendance.
         *  Quarter and yearly averages are available in Parent Portal at each report card period.

Paper copies of report cards are available upon request.  Complete this form if you would to receive a paper copy and please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing.  

If requesting reports for multiple students, please submit a separate form for each student.
